The 22 offers 3 minimalist apartments for the connoisseur of the things in life that are more important than space alone: location, travel, free-time and, of course, season tickets for the Soccer team next door. While not small in space compared to our competition, we still offer the same interior amenities and bright spaces our other units have, but at a more affordable cost. This will allow you to take full advantage of the neighborhood and the surrounding amenities, or perhaps you just don’t quite have the desire to decorate as many rooms as your neighbors. Whatever, your preference is, you still made a good choice to put down roots here at the 22!
